The restoration of the building started in 2019. The apartment was delivered in the summer of 2024 and ready to receive the first guests. Everything is new: the kitchen, the bathroom and all the furniture. After years of having an Airbnb in the Netherlands for years and with pleasure, I am now starting the rental of this apartment in Le Marche. Registration Details IT041068C2S84DN7TO
