The space Eco Stay consists of a total of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a veranda. Two rooms are guest rooms, each with two rooms. ‘Eco Stay 1’ is a beautiful city view, and ‘Eco Stay 2’ is south-facing and has good light. The living room, kitchen, and laundry room are shared with the host and guests, and the bathroom is shared by guests. It takes 7 minutes on foot from Gwacheon Station (Line 4), 35 minutes by subway to Gangnam Station/Seoul Station, and 39 minutes by subway to Myeongdong Station. Two of the rooms and one bathroom are used by the host. There are two guest rooms, each accommodating two guests. “Eco Stay 1” offers a beautiful city view, while “Eco Stay 2” is south-facing with great natural light. We're just a 7-minute walk from Gwacheon Station (Line 4), and it takes 35 minutes to reach Gangnam Station, Seoul Station, and 39 minutes to Myeongdong Station by subway. Guest access You can work or relax in the living room.(This is a shared space with the host and other guests. Also, there is a cat. Please take note! You can cook simple meals in the kitchen. Tools and tableware are available, and we ask that you wash, dry, and clean up after use. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge and are self-service. We offer free instant food. Laundry includes washer & dryer. Please wash your own laundry, except for towels. Please put the separated items in the bin in the laundry room. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand cream, toothpaste, towel, hair dryer, toilet paper, sanitary pad, dental floss, soap, and comb. The living room, kitchen, and laundry room are shared spaces with the host and other guests, and the bathroom is for guest use. You can work or relax in the living room (please note that it is a shared space with the host and other guests). Additionally, a cat will be around, so please keep that in mind. You can prepare simple meals in the kitchen. Cooking utensils and dishes are available for use, and we kindly ask you to wash and tidy up after using them. Coffee and tea are provided for free on a self-service basis, and instant food is available free of charge. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. We ask that you do your own laundry, excluding towels. Please put the used towels into the basket, and dispose of the recyclables in the bins located in the laundry room. In the bathroom, you will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand cream, toothpaste, towels, a hairdryer, toilet paper, sanitary pads, dental floss, soap, and a comb.
