Guest List Requirements: We are required to provide a list of all guest as part of the condominium requirements. We will guide you through this process after booking the unit. 2. Vehicle information: If you are bringing a vehicle, please provide us with the vehicle details. We have a dedicated parking slot in the basement parking. 3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and within the condominium. There’s a designated smoking area near the security guard house. Kindly ask the security guard for the other information regarding the designated area. 4. 10 pm onwards is quiet time in the condominium so kindly adhere to the rules and regulations of the building. No loud music. 5. Any additional persons beyond 6 people will be charged extra to avoid confusion. Pet friendly unit but we do charge for the pet per stay. 6. We don’t oblige you to pay deposit so please treat the unit as it’s your own home and any damage made will be charged to you.
