Our charming apartment in the "shabby chic style" offers three cozy bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with balcony for up to 6 people on about 70 square meters. Here you can cook, relax and spend convivial evenings together. The apartment is on the second floor of our residential building in a quiet residential estate at the foot of the picturesque mountain "Niedere" (around the corner from the paragliding landing site). We live on the ground floor with our 8-year-old son, our dog and a cat. The space Welcome to our home! Your separate apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is on the 2nd floor of our residential building. You can easily reach it via the common staircase. My son and I, our dog and our cat live on the ground floor. In the small entrance area, you will find practical equipment with a mirror and two wardrobes where you can hang your jackets. A shoe cabinet and two drainers ensure that everything stays tidy. Feel free to browse the dresser, which is filled with a selection of books, games and some children's toys. The wooden and laminate floors in the rooms give the apartment a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils you need for your culinary creations. Here you will find an oven, a ceramic stove, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. In addition, practical kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, milk frother are available. At the spacious dining table for approx. 6 - 8 people, you can sit comfortably together and enjoy hours together. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax, read or simply unwind. Please note that there is no TV, but there is free Wi-Fi to stay in touch with friends and family or to stream your favorite series. From the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains of the Bregenz Forest. The three colorful and lovingly designed bedrooms in yellow, blue and pink are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay – fresh linen, towels, wardrobes, shelves, reading lamps as well as small wardrobes and mirrors. Each room is equipped with curtains that provide pleasant privacy. We will gladly provide a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair with anti-tip protection (baby set on request) and a baby travel cot on request. The apartment offers a small, functional bathroom in the 70s style, equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. For your comfort, the following amenities are available: toilet paper, fresh towels, floor mats, a hairdryer and cleaning supplies. You will also find soap, shower gel and shampoo so that you can feel completely comfortable during your stay. Around our house you will find a spacious, beautiful garden that enchants with colorful flowers, a gently rippling stream and numerous apple trees. For the little adventurers there is a trampoline, and cozy seating invites you to relax. You are cordially invited to use the fire bowl or grill while enjoying the pleasant atmosphere in the garden. In winter, you have the opportunity to build a snowman or have a fun snowball fight. You can easily reach it via the common staircase and have your own entrance with key, so you can come and go at any time as you like. In winter, you have the option to park your skis in our garage by arrangement. You can leave the ski boots or strollers behind the front door. In summer, the garage offers a safe place for your equipment, such as bicycles and the like. Right in front of the house there is parking for 2 - 3 cars. Another parking space is just around the corner (50 m). Other things to note Bregenzerwald: The apartment is located in the beautiful municipality of Andelsbuch in the Bregenzerwald region. The Bregenzerwald is not only a true natural paradise, it also enchants with a very special mixture of tradition, modernity and enjoyment, which is reflected in the architecture, crafts, gastronomy and other artistic, beautiful and enjoyable things. Andelsbuch is an ideal starting point for unforgettable skiing days in the nearby ski resorts of Mellau/Damüls, Warth, Lech, Bödele and Balderschwang. There's usually snow somewhere. Leisure: But there are also attractive leisure activities in all other seasons: e.g.: hiking, paragliding (our apartment is within walking distance of the paragliding landing site), skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, climbing, mountain biking, yoga, bathing in the beautifully clear river, hiking in the most beautiful Vorsäßsiedlung Schönbach and eating "Käsknöpfle", walking on the routes of the village tours, visiting the Werkraumhaus and/or Frauenmuseum, visiting the Bregenz Festival and/or Schubertiade or simply relaxing and eating delicious mountain cheese and drinking a "Wälderle" or "Mohren". It never gets boring here. One card – many advantages The Guest Card Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal For all those who stay three or more nights from May to October. The guest card includes lots of mountain experiences and leisure activities. It is valid for free rides on 7 mountain railways, as an admission ticket for 7 outdoor swimming pools, for trips by public transport in the Bregenzerwald and in the Großes Walsertal and to the nearest train stations. In addition, there are attractive discounts with numerous partners. These include museums, outdoor providers, sports shops and gourmet manufacturers. Kultbar Jöslar Andelsbuch: In the bar "Jöslar" young and old meet (10 min. walk), and there is always something going on. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere and let yourself be pampered by the "hot souls" and fresh salads. The selection of delicious drinks will delight you, and the cool host and the nice team will make you feel completely comfortable. Guest tax: The guest tax of 1.60 euros per person/day must be paid extra before departure and is given directly to the tourist office. It is not included in the booking price. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the guest tax. Ski bus: A ski bus stop is located in the town center (about 700 m) and the ski resort Mellau-Damüls can be reached after 10 km. Andelsbuch town center: In the center of Andelsbuch there is a charging station for e-cars, a supermarket, pizzeria, Bar Jöslar, the train station (cultural events), a dairy, various shops and much more.
