Sonnes Apartment in the Bregenz Forest with a mountain view

Our charming, cozy apartment has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people in approx. 70 square meters. The spacious eat-in kitchen with balcony invites you to cook together and relax. Enjoy the view of the countryside and the mountains as well as our garden with seating, a grill and a fire pit. Quietly located at the foot of the Niedere and yet in the middle of the beautiful Bregenz Forest – ideal for families, friends, hikers and nature lovers. The space Welcome to our home! Your approx. 70 m² completely separate holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our residential building and can be reached via the shared staircase. We live in the house ourselves and are happy to help if you have any questions. The apartment has three lovingly furnished bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a balcony with beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside. Living and dining area The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and milk frother. The large dining table comfortably seats up to six people. A cozy sofa corner invites you to relax, read, and spend time together. There is deliberately no TV. Free Wi-Fi is of course available. Bedrooms • Yellow bedroom: Double bed (180 × 200 cm), wardrobe, reading lamps and sink with mirror • Blue bedroom: double bed (140 × 200 cm), wardrobe and reading lamps • Pink bedroom: Double bed 140 × 200 cm, shelf, and reading lamps Linens and towels are provided. We are happy to provide a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair and a baby crib upon request. Bathroom The small, well-maintained bathroom is functional and decorated in a charming 1970s style. It includes a shower, sink and toilet. Towels, a hairdryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo are available. Balcony and garden On the balcony, you will find two lounge chairs, a small table and a parasol – ideal for enjoying the view of the surrounding mountains. You are also welcome to use our spacious garden. There you will find seating, a grill, a fire pit, a trampoline, apple trees and plenty of space to relax and play. For families Children are welcome here. In addition to a high chair and a travel cot, there are also some books, games and toys available. Bregenzerwald Guest Card For stays of 3 nights or longer, you will receive the Bregenzerwald Guest Card during the summer season. With it, you can use cable cars, swimming pools and public transportation free of charge, among other things. We look forward to seeing you soon and wish you a wonderful time in the Bregenz Forest! Guest access Your fully separate apartment, which is approximately 70 m², is located on the top floor of our residential building and can be accessed via the shared staircase. You have your own key and can come and go independently at any time during your stay. In winter, you can store your skis in our garage by arrangement. Ski boots and strollers can be left in the entrance area. In summer, the garage offers a safe place for bicycles and other equipment by arrangement. There are parking spaces for 2 cars right in front of the house. Another parking space is about 50 meters away. You are welcome to use our spacious garden. There you will find seating, a trampoline, apple trees, as well as a fire pit and a BBQ. A small stream also runs through the garden area. Other things to note Bregenzerwald & Surroundings The apartment is located in Andelsbuch, in the heart of the Bregenz Forest—a region that combines nature, traditional architecture, crafts, cuisine, and modern culture in a special way. Andelsbuch is an ideal base for activities in all seasons. In winter, you can reach several attractive ski resorts such as Mellau-Damüls, Bödele, Warth, Lech or Balderschwang. The ski bus stop is in the village center, about 700 m from the property. Mellau-Damüls is about 10 km away by car. In summer and in the shoulder seasons, the region offers numerous opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, cross-country skiing, ski touring or simply relaxing in nature. The paragliding landing site in Andelsbuch is even within walking distance. There is also plenty to discover in terms of culture and cuisine – from the Werkraumhaus and Women's Museum to the Schubertiade and the Bregenz Festival, as well as regional specialties such as Käsknöpfle (cheese spaetzle) and Bregenzerwald mountain cheese. Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal Guest Card For stays of at least 3 nights between May and October, you will receive the Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal Guest Card. Among other things, it offers free or included rides on participating mountain railways, outdoor pools and public transport, as well as further discounts at numerous partner businesses. Andelsbuch The village center is within easy reach. There you will find, among other things, a supermarket, restaurants, a dairy, various shops and a charging station for electric cars. The popular Jöslar Bar is about a 10-minute walk away and is a cozy meeting place for locals and guests. Excursions to the surrounding villages and alpine pastures are also worthwhile – for hiking, enjoying yourself or simply getting to know the unique landscape of the Bregenz Forest.
