Here, it’s all about susegad (complete relaxation) The space The Nook BY KUDRATS_NILAYA With bohemian-inspired design, this fully furnished studio apartment located on the 3rd floor of a 5 storeyed building, showcases charm and luxury. Palolem /patnem beach are at a distance of 1.5 - 2kms (About 20-25 mins walk) The building sits atop a small hill, about 100 meters above the surrounding area - thereby offering a seaview. It's easily accessible by car or scooter, but the climb might be challenging for those who prefer to walk. Shops & Restaurants are 5 mins away so you are close to everything while enjoying true peace and quiet. The balcony swing is in a perfect corner to sit & appreciate the nature at its best. Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, cutlery and basic spices that will help you whip up a feast. Guest are welcomed with a kit that includes snacks/tea/coffee. There's ample open parking space in the society for cars/bikes. Guest will have access to swimming pool, elevator, garden area and all other common spaces of the society. Other things to note Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors, Smoking is allowed in Balconies, kindly use ashtrays to keep the area clean Garbage Segregation: We encourage guest to segregate their waste into wet/dry Swimming Pool: There is a shared swimming pool in the complex. The timings for using the swimming pools are 7 am - 9 pm. Proper swimwear attire is mandatory for entering the pool. Illegal Activities: Illegal activities (Drugs/ Escort services or engaging in any activity against the Law) are strictly prohibited. For any guest found involved in the above-mentioned activities the Host / Society Security reserves the right to call the local police and register the complaint, this would also mean immediate suspension of stay without any refund We do regular pest control to ensure a clean and insect free space but please note that we live in a tropical area and so from time to time, you may find insects coming into the apartment especially when food is left lying around or windows and doors are left open for long periods of time. Please be mindful of this and enjoy Goa for all its lush greenery and tropical vibe! *For safety reasons, we request all guests travelling with infants and young children to take extra care and caution near the pool area and balconies of all the spaces.
