The newly renovated Villa “Sicily in Love” is located in a quiet, green area of the city, with the view of vineyards of the Mt Troina. The house is located 850 m from the center of Pedara, 25 min by car from Catania, 30 min from the Catania airport, and 20 min from Etna. We offer the entire apartment with 4 double rooms ( with an additional bed for children) with 4 private bathrooms. At guests' disposal there is also a spacious kitchen, located in the basement outside the apartment. The space We offer four double rooms (with an additional bed for children) with four private bathrooms. Each room (“Norma,” “Sicilia Bedda,” “Mamma Etna,” and “Donna Maria”) is decorated in a Sicilian style to give you the full experience of Sicilian home life. Room "Norma" has its own private bathroom but outside the room. While "Norma" is located on the ground floor, the other three rooms are on the first flor. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery, and crockery. All bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer, towels, courtesy set, shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Each room also has an air conditioning (hot/cold) unit and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available on-site. Additionally, guests are free to use the public microwave, washing machine, dishes, and cleaning utensils. During your stay, you can relax in the large garden and on the terrace overlooking the vineyards of Monte Troina Park. In the garden and on the terrace, you can appreciate comfortable deckchairs, a swing, a sofa, coffee tables, a round table seating four people, and chairs. Four parking places on the property (after reservation) are included in the price. Other things to note The village of Pedara has something for everyone. It is one of the "gateways to Etna,” which allows hiking enthusiasts to venture onto the volcano; it is a quiet village outside the bustling city of Catania if you’re looking to relax; and it’s close enough to the city of Santa Agata and Vincenzo Bellini that you can still live the busy city life if you wish. A known cultural and tourist center, Pedara offers a rich selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars. The location of Pedara is also conveniently close to other "pearls of Sicily" including Taormina, Castelmola, Savoca, Syracuse, Marzamemi, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and many more. For tourists who love relaxing on the shores of the Ionian Sea, the closest beaches are a mere 30-40 minute drive away.
