The space This is a newly renovated house by members of the Valencia family. We offered her the opportunity to rent this accommodation, which is at the front of her house to benefit from additional income. Moreover, with the help of your recommendations and opinions, we strive to improve this "box" as we go. Regarding the accommodation, when you cross the gate, you can park your vehicle for free and safely inside the property. Upon entering the house, you will be in the living room and a few steps away you will discover the 3 bedrooms: the “yellow”, “gray” and “blue” bedrooms. At the beginning of the hallway, you will find the individual toilet and bathroom. At the end of the hallway, you will be in the kitchen open to the dining room. Finally, the terrace and garden are accessible from the dining room and the "yellow" bedroom. Guest access You have access to the house at the front of the property. Access to the rear is forbidden. Other things to note Note that Valencia lives a few meters behind the Casa Valencia house, on the same property. However, don't worry, you will have all the privacy you deserve because Valencia knows how to be discreet.
