The space Podere l 'Alfina was completely renovated in 2024. The renovation involved the entire structure, which has been carefully renovated to maintain the authentic and rustic character of the estate, while introducing modern comforts. This means that despite the traditional look and respect for the original architecture, the interiors and facilities are new and built to contemporary standards. The renovation has allowed the property to be transformed into a cozy place, ideal for both organic farming and hospitality, while ensuring a high level of comfort for visitors. Podere l 'Alfina is managed entirely by Olivia and Stefania, their organic farm is dedicated to the production of high quality agricultural products, cultivated according to sustainable and environmentally friendly methods. This type of agriculture excludes the use of chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilizers, instead opting for practices that promote biodiversity and soil health. However, a self-service corner is available to guests, where you will find drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and selections of local cold cuts and cheeses packaged under vacuum, which can be tasted independently on the spot. There is no direct service from us: everything is designed to be used independently. However, we are available to help and advise you in booking lunches and dinners at the many excellent restaurants in the area: the nearest is about 4 km from the Casale, while most are located within 5 or 7 km.
