'The Selection' Tiny Home

Located in the gorgeous Clarence Valley, "The Selection" is a light and bright tiny home that welcomes the outdoors in, with its large windows and calming views of nature right from your comfortable bed. This property is perfect for an escape for two. Expect native birdlife also. The space The Selection has a private bathroom, a comfortable queen bed for those lazy sleep ins and a kitchenette stocked with all the necessary extras to have a stress free relaxing holiday. Help yourself to complimentary tea and coffee. The kitchenette contains a microwave, toaster, kettle and dinnerware. The private bathroom attached to the room has a toilet, vanity and modern shower with instantaneous gas hot water. We have created a private fenced outdoor area with soothing gardens for guests to enjoy. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck or have a romantic dinner in the privacy of your own courtyard under the festoons at night. Relax by a fire and enjoy the warmth during our winter months. In your private courtyard you can enjoy the warmth of a fire in our fire pit during the winter months. We have a dining area on the deck so you can enjoy the outdoors and take in the wildlife. Enjoy a swing on our macrame swings anytime! This house may be tiny but it was built with travellers in mind and has a built in underbed storage area for your suitcases. Our area is known for its abundance of kangaroos so don't be surprised if you see a few nibbling outside your window first thing in the morning or spot a family munching next door. We also have a healthy amount of birdlife to enjoy with galahs, lorikeets, corellas and more visiting frequently. Our resident sheep Stella may also make an appearance during your stay. You couldn't pick a better location for your holiday! Advisory information: Don't approach the kangaroos as this can be dangerous if they become aggressive, they are lovely to be observed at a distance. Fires are not allowed October 1st- March 1st due to local council guidelines. Guest access This tiny house is set on the front acre of a two acre property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the tiny home and the acre that it is set on. Feel free to gather firewood or stroll the space outside of the fence in front of the house. Our chooks, sheep and dog may come and say hi in that area. Our residence is on the back acre so we do ask that you respect our privacy as we will respect yours and not explore that area during your stay. Please park at the parking space provided at the tiny house and don't continue further down the driveway for the safety of the younger residents.
