Dimora Bianca Aurora
Villa Bianca Aurora
Description
Dimora Bianca Aurora is a historic building dating back to the early 1900s, recently renovated with high-quality materials that respect the Salento style. It has a total covered area of about 350 square meters. Two large sliding glass doors allow a view and access in full privacy to the internal courtyard of about 150 square meters, paved in Trani stone, featuring an infinity pool, salt, relaxation area and 5 hydromassage nozzles. The space The Residence is accessed through a suggestive wrought iron gate that opens the entrance to a courtyard, illuminated at dusk and decorated with pomegranate plants and prickly pears that create the typical atmosphere of rural Salento houses, around which the Residence is developed. The Residence on the left side has a suite with a square vault frescoed by a pastel painting of the early 1900s by a local author (Giuseppe Casciaro Ortelle, March 9, 1861 – Naples, October 25, 1941), direct access to the external courtyard, oversized bed, fireplace in Lecce stone and an adjacent living room with a square vault, possibility of accommodating two additional guests and access to a bathroom with chromotherapy and freestanding sink. The right side of the Residence has two additional suites separated by a reading area. The second suite with direct access to the pool covered by a majestic star vault has an oversized bed with a whirlpool tub in the room and bathroom with shower, chromotherapy, olive root washbasin and white Vietri handicraft majolica with a star and cross pattern. The third suite with direct access to the external courtyard is covered by an exposed carparo barrel vault, oversized bed and bathroom in white micro cement and wisteria-colored majolica tiles, shower and chromotherapy. Other things to note Ortelle is a small municipality in the lower Salento area and is part of the Union of Municipalities of the East Coast together with the municipalities of Castro Marina, Santa Cesarea Terme and Minervino di Lecce. Ortelle and the hamlet of Vignacastrisi have a territory that extends around the ancient Messapian city of Vaste and the Salento Adriatic coast. The architecture that characterizes Ortelle is typical of the rural villages of Salento, positioned around the mother church, and is served by a road network that represents the natural continuation of ancient pre-existing rural roads.
