Quiet guestroom for stylish people

Resort ambient, with nice gardens to relax The space Apartment in resort environment located at downtown area beside lake, with free parking, pool and restaurant. It is less than 5 minutes by car from the Esplanade of Ministries, Cathedral and the Three Powers Square. The most important intention is aid students/persons who wish to visit the city for a short period of less than 3 days on weekends for academic interest (it isn't for long time). The host will remain in the apartment and can assist with visits to tourist spots. Christian conduct is required, preferably Catholic, hygienic, respectful and orderly, not suitable for backpackers. No pets allowed, cigarettes, beverages or any substance that has no prescription. It offers up room with private bathroom and free internet. Personal consumption expenditures will be borne by the guest. There are restaurants at condominium and in the vicinity, kayaking school, sauna and fitness center with the possibility of use. Public transport nearby, by spending 10 minutes by foot to the bus stop. Guest access Cable TV, wifi, playground. If someone wants to use swimming pool, conditions will be provided for medical examination (required by condominium rules). Spa center and gym have additional costs. During your stay I'll stay inside apartment at separate bedroom during all time. Other things to note Policy of the apartment 1. Don’t use shoes inside the apartment. There are available slippers, and places to put footwear. Keep the house clean and organized, because it is used as a personal residence, not as a rental property. 2. Daily baths and good hygiene are needed in tropical countries. Wash dishes, glassware, or anything you have used. Don’t forget leftover food or open garbage to avoid attracting insects. 3. Expenses as food, transportation, etc., should be borne by guest. There are restaurants on site, although there is the possibility of cooking since you don’t employ fries or other fry foods. 4. Maintain the order of your objects to prevent loss something. There aren’t safes like hotels at my home. 5. Courtesy, good manners and politeness are recommended among educated people. If you have preconceived convictions, I strongly don’t recommend you to come to my home. 6. IT IS NOT ALLOWED illicit drug use, smoking, drunkenness or excessive use of alcoholic beverages inside the apartment. 7. NO VISITORS are allowed inside the apartment: both men, or women.
