Blancroft - Cottage by the broads Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Coltishall in Horstead . Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 20 minutes from the city of Norwich. With amazing walks, river views and pubs on your doorstep. We also have a private heated indoor swimming pool in Tunstead (15 minute drive away) offering discounts swims with this cottage. The space Our cottage offers comfortable dog friendly accommodation. Parking for two or three cars. Travel cots can be provided. Blancroft sleeps 4 (Plus travel cots if needed) with one double sized and one twin room (or a double) upstairs with a small toilet to share off the landing. Downstairs central communal area provides a kitchen / dining space plus a separate lounge. The shower room is also on the ground floor. We are only a short drive from Wroxham ‘the Capital of the Broads’ with shops takeaways restaurants and pubs, plus many boat hire venues. The pretty village of Coltishall on the river Bure is a few minutes walk with very nice pubs and restaurants. A perfect base from which to explore Norfolk’s attractions and enjoy walking, cycling, sailing, birdwatching, visiting nature reserves and stately homes.
