Charentaise Longere from 1915. This house is our family home where we live daily with our 3 children (outside of booking periods when it will be privatized only for your family and friends). So it's a traditional family Airbnb. If you're looking for a sanitized house equipped with 3 Ikea forks, an apartment without charm, a hotel suite, this is not the right place. If you are adaptable and warm, welcome. The space Our 1915 family home is available for you only for your stay. It consists of 3 parking areas for 7 to 8 vehicles, 5 bedrooms including 3 completely closed, a large bathroom and two toilets. Large living room, large multipurpose dining room with 16 seats and more. Fully equipped kitchen in all areas. The house's isolated location in the countryside, wood heating, exposed beams and stones can cause more dust than city accommodation. On site plancha, barbecue, games of all kinds, comic book collections (Angoulême required) for adults but also children of all ages. Hi-fi equipment, digital televisions and consoles connected to fiber optic Orange Wi-Fi. Large garden, large outdoor terraces, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, washer and dryer, ping pong, foosball, darts, petanque... Guest access Our desire is to welcome only cool, open-minded and tolerant people (there is no age requirement to be cool, open-minded and tolerant) 😀 Warm and adaptable people. This house is not a hotel suite, it is our everyday family home. It is atypical to our image and perfectly imperfect. Demanding people by nature, dissatisfied, frustrated with life in general, maniacs even if they don't know it themselves, surprised or shocked to find our personal belongings in our personal home are not in the right place. The followers of the little power of notations of any kind may not be in the right place either. We prefer that these people find a more classic accommodation that is better suited to their needs, May it give them all the satisfaction for their well-being and for ours. Balls of fur with feathers or scales of any kind are welcome (2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 legs accepted) on the sole condition that they do not eat our two guardians GRUT and ROCKET (two junior cats of very good composition, dog-friendly).
