It consists of 3 parking areas for 7 to 8 vehicles with video surveillance, 5 bedrooms, a large bathroom and two toilets. Large living room, large multipurpose dining room with seating for 16 or more. The same applies to outdoor tables for 20 people. Fully equipped kitchen in all areas. The house's secluded location in the countryside, the wood heating, and the exposed beams and stonework can cause more dust than in a city home. On site, there is a plancha, barbecue, games of all kinds, and collections of comics (Angoulême obliges) for adults but also for children of all ages.
