For lovers of active holidays nearby, there is the attractive pedestrian and cycling route of the Parenzana and several renowned wineries. Poreč and the nearest beach are only a 20-minute drive away. The space Villa Marilena for 4 persons covers a total of 120 m² of living space on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the pool, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the outside, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and access to a balcony with a sofa, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards and the surrounding hills. Guest access The house is located on a partially fenced courtyard with a total area of 250 square meters with a well-kept lawn and flowers, a 32-square-meter swimming pool and deck chairs. Next to the pool there is a nice terrace with a table for outdoor dining and a barbecue plus 2 parking spaces. Other things to note Surcharges not included in the price of the accommodation and to be paid in cash on the day of arrival: *The deposit is paid upon arrival at the house and amounts to 200 euros (the deposit will be returned on the last day of the stay after verifying that there is no damage). *Villa is not suitable for groups of young people and parties and the arrival of groups of young people is not allowed.
