The space The one-bedroom apartment consists of a bedroom (with a lake view balcony), closet, nightstands, shoe rack, and dresser. A living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi ,cards and board games, books for young and old, toys. Just 3 km (1.9 miles) away, you will find Colle di Tora, a small town that offers everything you need, including groceries, a butcher shop, restaurants serving local specialties (truffles, lake fish, venison, etc.), and equipped beaches. 6 km away is Castel di Tora, the village enjoys a fascinating view in the Monte Navegna Reserve and Monte Cervia, the place offers ice cream shop, pharmacy, oven, gas station. 20 km away is Rieti city with all its historic homes and the evocative Rieti Sotterranea. Finally, 25 km away you will find Monte Terminillo. In the private residence (Valleverde), which is a very quiet place in the summer, there is a bar with everything you need. In the summer, at our property, you will find space-saving sun loungers that you can take to the beach, as well as games and beach towels. The place offers especially in summer trekking, biking, rowing, fishing, long walks on the trails, sailing, and you can also enjoy a day of cycling. I highly recommend a walk to the Vallocchie waterfalls located in Castel di Tora and the Castle of Rocca Sinibalda (10 minutes by car) is one of the most fascinating and mysterious Italian castles.
