This wonderful modern chalet has a stunning location nestled in the valley between Allemond and Bourg D’Oisans. The perfect choice for groups of skiers, cyclists, hikers and families seeking a modern holiday home in an idyllic location close to the Eau d’Olle express ski lift, and the navette stop. The voie verte cycle path and the many cycling and hiking routes are right on the doorstep! Reach the centre of Bourg d’Oisans/Allemond in 5/10 minutes by car/bike, 2 minutes walk to bus stop. The space Chalet Galibert sleeps eight guests comfortable over four bedrooms. You enter the house from the private driveway on the lower ground floor into a large entrance hallway with a dining area and table and chairs seating eight guests and patio doors overlooking the garden. To the right a few steps lead up to the nicely decorated open plan kitchen lounge area. The modern, fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen equipment you need to self cater during your stay. The lounge has a stylish corner sofas and flat screen tv. A set of French doors lead from the living area onto a small raised terrace and onto the garden. For warmth in the winter months the house has an electric fire making a cosy winter getaway. On the ground floor there are two lovely spacious bedrooms. One with a King sized bed and the second has two single beds. There is a large family bathroom with spa bath, Italian shower and a separate WC. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen a staircase leads to the first floor where there is a further two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite shower and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed. The bedrooms are all bright and spacious, each with ample storage space. All furnishings, beds, mattresses are new as of 2024. There is a secure Bike/ski store for the safe storage of your bikes and sports equipment. A long private driveway offers parking for several vehicles. The pretty garden has a furnished terrace with sun loungers and the BBQ provides a lovely area to relax or dine al fresco and enjoy the stunning location and incredible Mountain View’s.
