The apartment is located in a building in the center of Nha Trang city. The building is located only 100 meters from the Dam market, 300 meters from the sea, 500 meters from Lotte Mart. There are many local eateries and 24/7 grocery stores around. There is a good priced gym about 50m walk away. Free airport pick-up or drop-off for customers booking 3 nights or more (applies to 4 and 7-seat cars). The space - This is a private apartment just for you. - It has 3 air conditioner and private wifi with high speed (150mbps) - The door and wall system is very soundproof, quiet and comfortable -The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a sea view and has a separate bathroom, a king-sized bed, and a super soft mattress and topper. a desk with a comfortable chair and a dressing table -The second bedroom has a king bed, mattress with topper, a desk and clothes rack -Spacious and modern living room. a dining table with 4 lovely chairs. A teddy sofa can be opened into a 2mx2m mattress, enough for 2 adults to lie on. Or it can turn into seating for four people to chat. There is also a lazy sofa for reading books and watching the sea. The TV will be installed on a mobile mount that can be moved to any room you want. (note, unlock the wheel and then move it) - The kitchen is spacious (with full basic cooking utensils such as pans, pots, pans, bowls, plates, knives, forks, ..) induction cooker, smoke extractor, microwave, refrigerator, ... we will prepare the basics, if you need anything more, please let us know by texting us. - The bathroom is fully equipped with hot water, shower, some personal hygiene products like a hotel. - The bed is a King size bed with a soft 20cm thick mattress. - Smart TV can watch youtube, Netflix,.. - A washing machine is located on the balcony outside with a clothes drying rack. - swimming pool on the 4th floor, and it costs 50,000 VND/person/time. You can buy tickets at the reception desk on the 1st floor - There is a gym nearby, it has a monthly price of about $25, daily workout price is $2/day. - Around the building there are many Vietnamese dishes, 24/7 shops. - We do not clean every day, but we clean upon your request, so please proactively let us know the time and day you want to clean and change the bed sheets. Other things to note Turn off electrical devices when you go out. Especially air conditioning. Because the humidity in the air is quite high, running the air conditioner for too long will cause humidity and can cause mold and damage to the house.
