You’ll LOVE it here~ The space As you arrive, you’ll see a winding path leading to a cream colored stucco house and Saltillo tiled roof. There’s a stained glass window beside the arching wooden front door. Inside is an original stamped metal ceiling with a coat rack and desk with reading materials. Turning right, you enter the great room with a formal dining room that has two extra leaves. It sits beside a large window receiving ample light. Left of the dining room is a lounge area facing a large flatscreen TV. Left of the couch is a gas lit fireplace warming the room. On the left of the fireplace, you’ll find all the additional bedding. On the right side of the fireplace you’ll see a locking cabinet if you wish to store valuables under lock and key. Under the TV are plenty of games and playing cards. Just past the great room is our gourmet kitchen. Traveling left into the hallway, the first bedroom has a beautiful pale blue, cream, and gold decor with towering white drapes, sheers and black-out blinds. To the right is the main bathroom with a jetted tub and tall shower head. Under the sink cabinet you’ll find virtually all toiletry amenities. On either sides of the main bathroom are two small hallway closets containing supplies; towels, sheets, ironing board, A/C, etc... Further to the right is the 2nd bedroom, in a peaceful beach decor; tan walls, dark blue comforter, and plush rug. Behind the kitchen is our third bedroom in pale blue, ivory and black. It has its own flat screen TV and outside access. Taking this door leads you to the laundry room then to the backyard deck and gazebo area. Enjoy this heated, lit space for casual meals and hanging out. (This is the only permitted smoking area as well as the fire pit area, to the right). You will also find a barbecue, outdoor sauna, corn hole, dart board, and games area. To the left of the gazebo area is the path leading to the front driveway through the gate door. Just inside this gate are 3 large trash cans; tan for waste, recycle, and green. TWO STUDIOS, WITH LONG-TERM RENTERS IN EACH, ARE ON THE PROPERTY: a duplex unit just behind the main house behind the laundry room, and a detached Quonset Hut on the rear left of the property. These are fully separate; no shared living spaces. The laundry room is shared, and the walkways leading to these rear units are shared. Cindy, your property manager, is just a text or call away. You’ll find your bungalow/guest house by walking down a wooden path, past two raised veggie beds, on your right. THIS IS WHERE YOUR EXTRA HALF BATHROOM IS LOCATED. It makes a nice 2nd washroom when out in the yard, or when getting ready to go out. The bungalow contains a quality queen bed, leather loveseat, lounge area with flatscreen TV, and attractive faux fireplace that is backlit. All outdoor areas (other than enclosed gated areas) are for the exclusive use of the vacation guests! Enjoy~ Guest access You’ll have two off-street parking spaces, one behind the other in our driveway. Further, there are plenty of spaces on Mitchell Drive. Out of courtesy if you’re bringing several cars, please park some of them down the street to avoid congestion for our neighbors. To enter the house, use the key code provided by Airbnb ~48 hours before arrival. Other things to note DOGGIE PROTOCOL: (If bringing your pet). They are most welcome if you will abide by the following rules: 1) Bring them freshly washed. 2) Hide all throw pillows and anything they might chew on. 3) Lay sheets on ALL lounge areas. 4) Fold and put away the bed comforters. 5) For potty time, walk them off the property, or use the backyard then pick up after them. Strictly no peeing on the front lawn. And 6) In the unlikely unfortunate event of ‘accidents’, agree to pay the cost of the damaged item, $50 for each lawn burn mark, or the steam clean fee of $120. And for all this thoughtful consideration, there is no pet fee! 👍🏼🐶💝
