The newly renovated mountain house apartments Boule is located in a very attractive part of the Ore Mountains, allowing you to spend your vacation all year round. It is ideally located for downhill skiing enthusiasts, close to Klínovce, Boží Dar. Classical skiing enthusiasts and cyclists will enjoy theirs. For guests, in the basement, there is a seating area in a private bar with a game room (foosball, ministerial tennis, stiga hockey, board games) The owner offers a free keg of beer for weekly stays:-) The space There are three separate apartments in the house. Each apartment has two bedrooms for eight guests, plus the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room kitchen. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. There are two other toilets in the house, a bar with a game room in the basement. There is also a ski/bike room and a professional ski boot dryer. A well-maintained garden with seating and barbecue facilities is available to guests. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house including common areas.
