Once you arrive, you will breath the fresh air supplied continuously from the Ocean entrance, feel peaceful at this quiet lakeside location Features: 1. The space is the entire guest house at ground floor while a quiet working couple live upstairs. It is completed separated. 2 3 comfortable queen size beds allocated in 3 bedrooms ( another spare mattress can be provided if necessary). 3. Separated lounge room and dining room (big dinning table with 8 chairs). 4.Beautiful water and garden view from Lounge, Dining, Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. 5. Beautiful tiled throughout for maintain cleanliness. 6.Location approximately 8 meters above the water, no flood risk while enjoying the beautiful lake view. 7. Fishing point at the doorstep. 9. 2 off street concrete parking lots are assigned to you. On street parking are available too. 10. About 5 minutes drive from Wyong train station or take a bus from there. 11. Suitable for a group of maximum 6 people unless approved otherwise. 12. Walking a few steps to Tuggerawong pathway, you can enjoy an easy walk at this 3 KM pathway along the west side of the Lake and take in the view of the massive lake all the way to The Entrance. It is a birds’ paradise. You will spot a lot of different birds, black swans, pelicans, seagulls, ibis, Great egrets, cranes, white or colourful parrots, different ducks etc. It is said that there are 63 bird species here and the birds outnumber people by 100 to 1. Guest access You will have access to the entire house during your stay, making it feel like your own home. The key will be provided at your arrive in a key safe. Other things to note 1. TOILETRIES AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS are provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and laundry soap, dishwashing tablets). 2. COFFEE ,SUGAR AND TEA are provided. 3. KEY: One key per reservation for safety reason. Please appoint a key -person in your team. Should you lost the key, the associated costs for a locksmith is starting from AU$500 for you. 4. NO SMOKING inside the house. 5. NO PETS are suitable as there is no fence. 6. NO NOISE between 10 PM and 8 AM. 7. EXTRA LINENS/EXTRA TOWELS: Additional linens at $30 per set. Additional towel at $10/pc. 8.DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean. 9.CHECK-OUT: Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
