The space ★ Beautiful furnished and decorated Studio, 01 block from Copacabana Beach, with equipped Kitchen, 3rd floor, facing the street, 21 m², bright and well ventilated. ★ Comfortably accommodates 3 people, 2 in the 2 single beds (which can be placed next to each other forming a king size bed measuring: Width 1.80 m x 1.90 cm) and 1 more in the lower bunk bed 80 cm x 1.75 m. We can put in an extra mattress for one more guest. ★ Breakfast: Coffee (coffee powder to be made in the electric coffee maker); Sliced bread or brioche or French bread, cream-craker biscuit or similar; Sugar, Powdered Milk and Butter. ★ The location is excellent, close to everything... Feel free to use basic supplies such as oil, salt, spices, sugar, and coffee that are available in the pantry and refrigerator; and anything you have forgotten in your purchases and that you have in the apartment such as soap, cleaning products, etc. ★ Filtered Water — There is a Wall Filter in the Kitchen. The candle is changed regularly. The water in the sink is not potable. ★ Air Conditioning — IMPORTANT - The Split-System Air Conditioning needs to be turned off at the Light Box in the Kitchen by placing the circuit breaker number 2 named "AR" in the "off" position. ★ Hygiene Supplies — We provide shampoo, liquid soap for the sink, and toilet paper. ★ Early check-in or late check-out — Allowed upon consultation and confirmation, and will cost half a day each. ★ Electric Shower — ATTENTION - Do not use the Shower and the Electric Stove at the same time. ★ Electricity — The electrical voltage is 110V.
