It is in a safe, friendly neighbour hood. Suitable for a single sales person, locum Dr or nurse, short term rental for business people,or a mum and dad and 2 kids or just a lovely peaceful place for a couple it ticks all the boxes Suitable for one or two people only for more than 2 days stay The space Single bedroom with separate toilet. Shower over a bath in separate bathroom 1 queen bed in single bedroom 1 lounge in lounge room that folds into a single bed. Lounge room has small dini g table and TV Wall socket charge for computer phone or Ipad. Separate kitchen with all facilities for cooking. Front and back porch washing machine on bCk porch Sensor light on front porch Air-conditioning. Excellant hot water Guest access guests have use of front and back porch Small garden at the back and front garden Other things to note no smoking in the rental accommodation There are no fences to keep children in so parents must be responsible for the safety of their children Gluten free food is provided for breakfast but not dairy free. Breakfast is provided for the first night only. Terms can be negotiated for longer term rental accommodation
