The stone square, surrounded by historic buildings and picturesque alleys, offers a peaceful and charming atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a stay steeped in history and relaxation. 🏡 An exclusive experience that combines the charm of the past with modern comfort, for an unforgettable stay. 📩 We're available for any questions or requests! 😊 Guest access 🏡 Guest Access Guests will have complete and unrestricted access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces; the entire property will be at your exclusive disposal during your stay. 🚗 Parking and Access to the Area 📍 The apartment is located in Piazza Cattedrale, within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Therefore, it is not possible to access the historic center by car. 🅿️ Parking Available: Public parking on blue lines: Available in the surrounding areas outside the ZTL, with rates according to the Bitonto Municipality price list. Paid Covered Parking: Just an 8-minute walk from the apartment, private covered parking is available for €15 per day (subject to availability). 🔹 We recommend checking rates and availability directly on site or contacting us for further details. 🔑 Check-in We offer two check-in options to meet your needs: ✅ Check-in: 🕒 From 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM ⏰ Late Check-in (in-person only): From 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €15 After 12:00 AM → €30 per hour 🔑 Self Check-in: Available free of charge and at any time (upon request) 🚪 Check-out: 🕙 By 10:00 AM ⏳ Late Check-out (upon request and subject to availability): Until 2:00 PM → €30 Until 8:00 PM → €60 Other things to note 📌 Additional services for a fee Any additional supplies are not included in the stay, but can be requested for a fee through external companies. For more information, please contact us in advance. 📑 Administrative requirements for your stay For security reasons and compliance with Italian regulations, it is mandatory to provide: A copy of all guests' ID (passport or ID card) at least 48 hours before arrival. 📷 Photo of the ID (including Airbnb-encrypted ID, if applicable). 🤳 Selfie of the person booking with their ID, for identity verification. 📝 Signing of the tourist rental agreement In accordance with Italian regulations on tourist rentals (Article 1571 et seq. of the Civil Code and regional regulations), guests must sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in. This agreement governs the terms of their stay and does not require registration with the Revenue Agency, unless the stay exceeds 30 days. 🔑 Check-in and arrival time Free self-check-in is available 24/7. Free in-person check-in is available until 8:00 PM. After this time, a surcharge applies. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
