The space Welcome to Rome – a spacious and elegant apartment located in Flers-en-Escrebieux, only 5 minutes from the historic town of Douai. This space, carefully decorated on the theme of Rome, is designed to offer optimal comfort to all our visitors. Ideal Location Our accommodation is in a privileged geographical location. You are close to the train station and a free bus station, making it easy to get around the area. A large Carrefour shopping mall is just 5 minutes away, to meet all your daily needs. The city of Douai, a few minutes' drive away, offers many attractions, such as the famous Belfry, the Chartreuse Museum, and the Douai Mine Pits. Comfort and Space The apartment, located on the first floor, has two large bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a TV and a dressing room for optimal storage. The second bedroom, ideal for families or groups, includes three single beds, a TV, a desk and also a dressing room for your personal belongings. The living room-kitchen is an open space that forms the heart of the apartment, with beautiful exposed beams that add a touch of unique character. This friendly space includes a sofa bed for two more people and a modern kitchen with a central island and six high chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods provided), toaster, kettle and microwave. The living room also has a TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime for your downtime. Functional Bathroom The bathroom is designed for your comfort. It is equipped with a modern walk-in shower. All necessary amenities are provided, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and towels for each guest. Additional Services For your convenience, access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, allowing you to arrive at the time that works best for you. A common area on the same floor offers a large capacity washer and dryer, with washing pods provided. An ironing board is available in your apartment. If you're traveling with young children, we can provide cribs based on availability. Finally, for extra comfort, we offer daily housekeeping available upon request for an extra charge.
