The space The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station. For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking. Living Room | Relax in the stylish living room featuring a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, perfect for streaming your favourite shows after a long day of exploring. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly into the dining area, offering a cozy space for everyone to unwind. Dining Area | The spacious dining area is ideal for meals with friends or family. With seating for everyone, it's the perfect spot for gathering and sharing stories over breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Kitchen | Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up your favourite meals. Perfect for both long and short term rentals. You’ll find modern appliances and all the essentials: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and more. Plus, there’s plenty of counter space for easy prep. Bedroom 1 |The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, ample closet space, and air conditioning. This room also connects to a private back balcony, providing a quiet space to relax. Bedroom 2 |This inviting second bedroom features two single beds, making it perfect for additional guests or children. Bedroom 3 |The third bedroom also includes a double bed and like all other rooms, it’s air-conditioned for a refreshing night’s sleep. Bathroom 1 | A modern full bathroom en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink, providing everything you need to refresh and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Bathroom 2 | This second bathroom offers similar amenities, with a bathtub, sink and toilet for added convenience. Front Balcony | Step out onto the front balcony for breathtaking panoramic views. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Back Balcony | Connected to one of the main bedrooms, this quiet back balcony offers privacy and a peaceful retreat. Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests. Guest access 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Other things to note Very important notes before booking: 1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property. 2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. 3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected. 4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date. 5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored. 6. What is included in the apartment. - Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. 8. NO PETS ALLOWED. 9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly. 10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
