Chalet/cabin, exceptional setting

Small renovated and comfortable hut-style chalet, located in an exceptional setting, at the top of a snow-cleared road, 1,300 m above sea level, in the heart of the mountain pastures, in the Aravis mountain range, with a magnificent view of the mountains. Lovers of calm and wide open spaces, this is an ideal base for hiking, running, mountain biking, paragliding, snowshoeing or ski touring. But it's also the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The space The chalet is located at the start of hiking trails in both winter and summer. Parking is cleared of snow. You will be quiet, in the heart of the wild mountain but 30 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, 20 minutes from Thônes (market, supermarket, organic grocery store, cinema, media library, doctors...) and 45 minutes from Annecy. Guests can enjoy cheeses from farms within walking distance of the cottage. A grocery store is a 5-minute drive away where you will find all the good products of our region. The chalet has a terrace, garden and cellar to store equipment (we can lend snowshoes). Inside, a wood stove serves as heating but also a small auxiliary radiator. You can sleep on the sofa bed with a comfortable mattress or on the small mezzanine (a 140 mattress). A wired or high-speed wifi connection is available.
