Architectural decor, designer lighting, private outdoor space with table & chairs. Nice view of bay, brand new paint & carpets & 60” TV with good internet, double basin in bath with tub shower. Very quiet, gated and secure with exterior sensor lights for late check in. Kitchenette with breakfast fixings. The space 650 square feet of rental plus 200 square feet of exterior dining area. You will enjoy a new 60” TV with Comcast max channels & brand new king size zero gravity bed. There is a cozy sitting area with a marble coffee table & linen couch. There is a pull out single bed available so please advise if you plan to use it so I can make it up. Snacks & drinks provided. Godiva chocolates at Holidays. Art book, hiking maps, Sequence, Bird Lotto, and backgammon. In bench under towels. Guest access Rental unit is available for use while you are a guest. There is a private outdoor area for your use at foot of your steps. I had to remove BBQ due to fire hazard. View & fresh air combination make this an oasis. Other things to note Self check in is available anytime with coded locks. Lights are automatic. In the event of emergency there are 5 exits off the hill but all others are winding awkward roads. Always always use Bret Hare ( left ) immediate right onto Altura and immediate left onto Paseo down, down, down & at bottom of hill Bon Air Shopping across intersection & left to ferry & Mill Valley & East Bay, Right to San Anselmo, Ross, Point Reyes. If main road is blocked for any reason take the following; 1. Left out of driveway go all the way around on Bret Harte left on Miss St (sign) & go all the way down at foot of intersection (view of bay) bear left and ends up on hwy or Richmond bridge. 2. Right out of driveway follow Bret Harte Turn left onto Southern Heights at white bridge bear left onto Meyer Road go down to street called D street or Wolfe Grade. Right goes to downtown San Rafael left goes to Greenbrae, Kentfield, Larkspur. 3. If you go over white bridge the roads are very narrow & not advised but a short way to downtown & fine for walking.
