The approx. 55 m² 2-room apartment in the basement offers you: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a separate bedroom, as well as a modern bathroom with high-quality furnishings. All living rooms are laid out with fine oak parquet (except the bathroom) and have underfloor heating – for a pleasant living climate in all seasons. Ideal for commuters, those seeking relaxation or temporary guests. Guest access Access to the home will be completely contactless via a key box with code. You will receive the individual access code shortly before check-in – convenient and flexible, without any personal contact. Other things to note House rules Smoking: Our accommodation is smoke-free. Please smoke only outside the apartment, for example on the terrace. If smoking is still done in the apartment, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €150 to restore the apartment to its original condition for subsequent guests. Pets: Sorry, we can't accommodate pets. Noise protection: Please be sure to reduce the noise level to an appropriate level, especially after 10:00 pm, to maintain the peace of the neighborhood. Waste disposal: Please separate the garbage and dispose of it in the appropriate containers on the premises next to the carport (residual waste bin gray, organic waste bin green, paper bin blue, place old glass next to the paper bin.) Cleanliness: We ask that you leave the accommodation in a tidy condition. If you notice any major damage or contamination, please inform us in good time. Is there parking? Yes, there is free parking for guests right in front of the house. Your parking space is not numbered, but there is usually always a space available. Is Wi-Fi available? Yes, of course! The Wi-Fi is free and the access code is available for you in the accommodation. Is there a TV? Yes, in the living room you will find a smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services. You can also find the Wi-Fi password in the accommodation. How does the heating/air conditioning work? The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms. You can adjust the temperature individually as you wish via the thermostat.
