Grandma's pool - spacious, secluded and close to the city

Family-friendly, peaceful and central 3-room apartment in Kristiansand with a popular zoo. Access to a heated covered pool in season upon agreement. Near a shopping center, the marina, a playground, soccer fields, and great hiking areas. Electric car charging facility and free parking. The place is suitable for families, different generations and friends who want to spend their holidays together, while also being able to retreat a little. Three quiet hens live inside the fence by the parking lot and the outdoor space. The space THE INTELLIGENCE SERVICE: Entrance/kitchen: Private entrance with open solution to fully equipped kitchen and a small dining table convenient for families with small children. The bathroom: Via the kitchen you come to a large and spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, stylish clawfoot bathtub, washing machine, dryer and practical cone. Living room: Via the door on the left in the hallway you come to a cozy fireplace room with large and comfortable sofa, delicious stressless and other tables and seating. Multi-channel TV. Room 3: Adjacent to the bathroom and living room is a 10m2 bedroom with family bunk. The lower bunk is 150 cm wide. There is a foldable work/changing table fitted and plenty of wardrobe space. The room has good soundproofing and decent space for a travel bed. Office: to the right in the hallway is a small stairwell with good office chair and writing desk that can be used for guest study. THE SUPERVISION: Inner hallway: Up the stairs is a small hallway with a convenient sink/dish basin with shelves above. Shower Bathroom: To the left of the sink is a tasteful and delicious little shower bathroom with small convenient storage solutions, toilet and shower walls. Bedroom1: Vis a vis bathroom is this room of 8 m2. A practical little room that accommodates many functions, with a sofa bed 190 cm long and, when unfolded, 140 cm wide, with a foldable mattress topper for optimal comfort. Here is a TV with Chromecast, a kitchenette and a wardrobe. As well as a bedside table and practical shelf/work bench and a couple of folding chairs available. The room has morning sun with a view of the courtyard and some light greenery. The outdoor area: The apartment includes a pleasant and illuminated roof-covered patio with seating and dining area for 8-9 people overlooking the large parking area and flower beds. COMFORT: All rooms on the lower floor, both bathrooms and bedrooms, have dimmable lighting for optimal light and a cozy atmosphere, and both bedrooms and the living room have heaters, light-dimming curtains and access to fans for year-round comfort. Guest access Guests have private entrance to the downstairs, with direct access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom on this floor. The upper floor is accessed via the internal staircase, and guests have access to the internal hallway, shower room, and bedroom 1. The host and the host's girlfriend can move around in the inner corridor and the upstairs entrance if needed. Washing room upstairs: The laundry room in the upstairs is shared with the host. Guests staying in room 1 can place used towels and bedsheets in the basket here and use cleaning supplies from the room. The freezer in this room is the host's private property, but it can be used as a storage space if necessary. The downstairs patio: The outdoor area downstairs is private for guests. The hosts do not use this area, but you can pass through the yard by the entrance. From here you can also see the chickens that are fenced in. The Pool Area: The pool and patio are shared with the host and use to be agreed in advance to ensure safety and privacy. Office Room: The small office room by the stairs can be used by guests who want a workspace. Here are also games, toys, first aid equipment and other useful items. Emergency exit: Guests can use the exit via the upstairs if needed. The door is locked with a code lock, but can easily be opened from the inside. Loft hatch: The host has access to the loft hatch in the interior as needed, but is considerate to avoid unnecessary disturbances. Rooms, cabinets and drawers that can otherwise be opened are for the guests' free use. EXCEPT FOR The host's private freezer in the laundry room and doors to the host's private living quarters that are occasionally unlocked. This applies to both patio doors, the wide front door at the back of the house, and the door from the laundry room by the freezer. (as indicated in the floor plan). Other things to note The host lives in a separate unit on the upper floor of the house. Guests have access to the host's laundry room on that floor, but there is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels: It is always included in the price, but if you want the beds made upon arrival, this can be booked as an optional extra service and costs NOK 100 per person per stay. Electric vehicle charger: Can be rented if available and costs NOK 3 per kWh In case of booking: Let me know about the above-mentioned things, as well as the purpose of your stay, the age of your children, and your estimated arrival and departure times. Upon checkout: To keep prices low, it is preferable that guests clean up and tidy up after themselves. Communication: Always notify us upon arrival and departure, and don't hesitate to contact us if necessary, even if it's nighttime. Hens: There are three hens on the property, which are fenced in and otherwise quiet. Make sure the gate is always locked and please let me know before 9 am if there are children who want to help with egg collecting.
