Cozy and central 4 room apartment with access to large, heated, fenced and covered, outdoor pool on secluded plot in small, wooded area. Free parking right outside. Playground, football field and great hiking areas close by as well as swimming area with sandy beach 1 km away. Possibility to rent an electric car charger. The host lives separately in the same building. The space Basement: Entrance, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace room and large bathroom with shower and bathtub, washing machine and dryer attached to bedroom 3 with family bunk bed. Small kitchenette in the stairwell that goes up to the upper floor. The sofa in the fireplace room is large and comfortable and can be used as a bedroom for two people. Two air mattresses are also available. Upstairs: new and nice shower room and two bedrooms. Guest access Entrance via white door on the ground floor on the front of the house with sign "Mormors Pool". Parking space in front of the garage and up to the right is reserved for hosting. Otherwise, it is free as long as it does not lock anyone in. The entrance at the back of the house is for the hosts only, but can be used as an emergency exit. The host must have access to a private attic hatch located in the hallway outside rooms 1 and 2. But it is notified in advance and taken into account. If you follow the sign "pool" you will reach the outdoor stairs up to the terrace where the pool is located. But the terrace is shared with the host and all use is to be agreed upon in advance. Other things to note A fully made bed costs NOK 100 per person per stay, but it is free to make it yourself. Charging an electric car costs NOK 3 per kWh. In order for the host to provide the best possible service, we kindly request that guests notify this as well as their age, gender, purpose of their stay, estimated arrival and departure time when booking. And to keep prices down, guests are expected to wash and clean up after themselves.
