Playground, football field and great hiking areas close by as well as swimming area with sandy beach 1 km away. Possibility to rent an electric car charger. Host lives separated in the same building. Fireplace room, nice bathtub with lion feet, two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, private entrance and patio. Only 4 km to the ferry. The space Basement: Private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace room and large bathroom with shower and tub, washing machine and dryer attached to bedroom 3 with family bed. Private patio. Office space with ergonomic chair. The sofa in the fireplace room is large and comfortable and can be used as a bedroom for three people. Two air mattresses also available. upstairs: new and stylish shower bathroom and two bedrooms. Guest access Entrance via white door on the ground floor on the front of the house with sign "Mormors Pool". Parking space in front of the garage is reserved for the host. Otherwise, it is free as long as no one closes inside. The entrance in the back of the house can be used as an emergency exit. Host must have access to private loft room located upstairs outside rooms 1 and 2. But it is notified in advance and taken into account.
