Extra Note l PLEASE NOTE: For the comfort of all our guests and in line with our house policies, we can only accept reservations from guests aged 22 years and above all. As an exception, we could consider your request provided that, upon arrival, you leave a €1,000 security deposit in cash. This deposit is exclusively for potential damages, parties, or issues that may arise during your stay. If everything is in order at the time of your departure, the full amount will be returned to you immediately. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy means: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the Villa will usually be ready by noon or 15:30pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
