The space 🗺️ The villa is located 25 km from Rome and is easily accessible via the A1 motorway (we are 2 km from the Rome Nord/Fiano Romano tollbooth). Additionally, we are a 5-minute drive from the train station on the Orte/Fiumicino Airport line that allows to reach Roma Tiburtina (and the Metro B station) in 40 minutes. We are also about 500 meters from the Cotral intercity bus stop. 🖼️ In our home, you will find authentic furnishings, with furniture patiently restored by the women of the house. The spaces are divided as follows: 🛏️ Three spacious bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one is a twin. They are located on the first floor, equipped with independent air conditioning and smart TV. There is the possibility of adding an extra camping-style bed for a child and a crib for infants. One room has access to a balcony overlooking the olive grove and the surrounding countryside. 🛁 Three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor adjacent to the bedrooms. All are equipped with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. You will also find a washing machine, an iron, and a drying rack. 🛋️ A large living room furnished with three sofas (one is a sofa bed), an extendable table for up to 12 people, a smart TV, and air conditioning. 👨‍🍳 A fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, refrigerator, and gas stove. ☕️ Two porches. The front porch is furnished with a small sitting area, ideal for coffee or an aperitif. The rear porch is equipped with table, chairs and an electric barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and lunches. 🅿️ Private parking adjacent to the house. Please note that the entrance gate allows vehicles up to a maximum height of 2.45m.
