Additionally, we are a 5-minute drive from the train station on the Orte/Fiumicino Airport line and about 500 meters from the Cotral intercity bus stop. 🖼️ In our home, you will find authentic furnishings, with furniture patiently restored by the women of the house. The spaces are divided as follows: 🛏️ Three spacious bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one is a twin. They are located on the first floor, equipped with independent air conditioning and smart TV. There is the possibility of adding an extra camping-style bed for a child and a crib for infants. One room has access to a balcony overlooking the olive grove and the surrounding countryside. 🛁 Three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor adjacent to the bedrooms. All are equipped with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. You will also find a washing machine, an iron, and a drying rack. 🛋️ A large living room furnished with three sofas (one is a sofa bed), an extendable table for up to 12 people, a smart TV, and air conditioning. 👨‍🍳 A fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, refrigerator, and gas stove. ☕️ Two porches. The front porch is furnished with a small sitting area, ideal for coffee or an aperitif.
