Cozy Porch Cabin with a view

Cozy Porch "Cabin" is a simple, minimalistic design and made from combination of natural wood materials, steel and stones. The Cabin is solar powered, located on a hilly terrain with Starlink Internet connection Ample natural light, functional spaces and plenty of connection to nature Cabin creates a harmonious and comfortable living environment and gives off warmth and inviting feeling. Dip into our plunge tub (not a hot tub) for a relaxing moment with 360 view of the hillside. The space The Cabin is located on a hilly terrain. Its a 10-15 minute walk from the shared parking area. On a rainy day, be prepared to get your shoes/feet muddy. Wash area is available on the site to clean off those muds. The Cabin has 2 bedrooms. each bedroom has 1 bunk bed. The cabin also has a loft, with floor mattress which can accommodate up to 4 person. We also have a tents for rent: 1 small size good for 2 person (rental price 200 pesos per day) 1 large tent good for 3 person (rental price 500 pesos per day) Other things to note A few notes and information for guest to read before they confirm their booking. Our accommodation is one of the few who are offering a stable power supply in the area. However, we do encourage guest conserve the use of electricity. Turn off lights and power if they are not in use. You may not know if power will be interrupted especially during at night Cabin also offers a free WIFI provided by STARLINK. As most of the satellite internet, there maybe some instances that connection will lagged affected by weather. But as all of my previous guest, they do not have any issues with the STARLINK connection. Cabin is located on a hillside. This means that guest will have to walk uphill to reach the cabin. Walkway are cemented and with concrete steps as pathway to the cabin. Please be mindful when booking especially when you have elderly, infants or small children. During rainy days, it maybe difficult to park your vehicles on the foot of the hill. However, we do have safe parking spaces near C.M. Recto Highway but you may need to hike extra 200 meters to reach Cozy Porch Entrance. We are a mountain vacation rentals, where there are insects and reptiles around the area. We encourage caution to guest especially when walking at night and you may close windows or screen to avoid insects flying inside the cabin.
