The Space: Perched on the 4th floor of a commercial building, our apartment boasts stunning views of Beirut’s skyline. With elevator access, it’s convenient for guests. Designed for up to 3 guests, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, a chic living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom. We provide all essentials, including comfortable linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh towels. Located in a bustling area, but quiet indoors. The bedroom now features a new quadruple-glazed window and the rest of the apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows to reduce street noise. For light sleepers, these soundproofing features, combined with complimentary Max Comfort earplugs, create a restful and calm environment. Amenities: Electricity: Available 23/7, with a brief outage from 5 AM to 6 AM daily. AC Notice: To protect the AC from high voltage when power returns, a safety switch is installed. If the AC turns off, simply switch it back on from the electrical board near the bathroom. Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Perfect for quick meals or enjoying your morning coffee. Free Parking: Convenient for exploring the city by car. The hot water takes time to heat. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and freedom. Other Details to Note: The bedroom is newly fitted with a quadruple-glazed window for enhanced noise insulation. Despite being in a central and lively location, the apartment offers a quiet and comfortable sleeping experience. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, guests are asked to refrain from bringing pets, hosting parties, playing loud music, or organizing events. Please note the building's power limitations and avoid using multiple high-power appliances at once. Guest access For your convenience, we have a lockbox located at the entrance of the building for easy access to the apartment. You will find the keys inside the lockbox upon arrival. Other things to note Important Guest Information: To ensure maximum comfort, we’ve recently installed a quadruple-glazed window in the bedroom. This provides excellent noise insulation, offering guests a peaceful and quiet night's sleep—despite the apartment’s central location. We want to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests. Please note that, due to building regulations, children under 14 years old are not permitted to stay at this apartment.
