Nestled on a flat clear area surrounded by native bushlands and stunning views facing Mount Williams Creek. This cozy 190-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen-sized bed, a convertible single-bed sofa on the ground floor, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with a gas stove, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower for hot water. IMPORTANT NOTE: There is an unfenced dam and creek on the property, children must be closely supervised by an adult and adhere to this policy for their own safety. If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny houses, “Northern Grampians Sanctuary and Northern Grampians Getaway”, available with just 24 hours' notice, providing even more cozy holiday options for your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and the whole 100-acre property. Other things to note - Gas BBQ grill - Mobile reception is good for all networks - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed; except in designated areas - Outdoor fire pits are allowed, except total fire bans - Campfires/BBQs are permitted with firewood provided - Given that there is an unfenced dam and creek, children must be under close adult supervision - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed with 24 hrs prior notice, and must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking. Important note: - Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
