Our apartment consists of: - A living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people, an armchair and an ottoman.(Smart TV with free Netflix) The accommodation is NON-SMOKING but the living room opens onto a small balcony where you can smoke and get some fresh air. - The kitchen is fully stocked. It includes all the necessary appliances: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, L'Or Barista espresso machine, kettle, toaster, as well as many cooking utensils. Whether you want to prepare a full meal or simply reheat a dish, you'll find everything you need for your culinary desires. - A dining area with a dining table is at your disposal, and we have the possibility to offer you a baby chair on request. - Bedroom 1: Tastefully decorated Luxury Bedroom, consisting of a king size double bed (180*200 cm) with comfortable bedding, NEW mattress and high-end pillows, wardrobe, hangers, dresser, two bedside tables, an armchair and a SMART TV in front of the bed. - Bedroom 2: composed of a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe and a small balcony. - Bathroom: has a beautiful hydromassage shower cabin offering you a moment of relaxation and well-being after a long day. (+ A toilet, washing machine, hot water). - Possibility to provide you with an extra bed to accommodate a 6th guest for a fee. - At your disposal: >Internet: the accommodation is equipped with a high-speed WIFI network > Ironing kit: iron and ironing board available to avoid wrinkled dresses or shirts. > WASHING MACHINE & CLOTHES HORSE to have clean clothes in all circumstances. > Hair dryer, shower gel/shampoo/liquid soap/towels, bath mat, sheets/toilet paper. > Household products > Board games, maps, and maps of Mulhouse and surroundings. > A welcome book with instructions >Baby crib and high chair on request > A fan for the summer >Basic items: sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea for your comfort. Guest access The entire property is private and will be EXCLUSIVELY dedicated to you throughout your stay. The entrance is autonomous with a key box. The check-in procedure will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Other things to note - Ideally located close to the city center, Porte Jeune shopping center, Tourist Office and all amenities, shops, restaurants, stores, etc. - Well served by public transport, "La Perle" is the perfect base from which to explore the city. The tram stop is 150 meters away on foot. - Mulhouse Central Station is an 8-minute drive away. - Parking is available on the surrounding streets (paid spaces next door and free spaces further away) - Porte Jeune parking 2 minutes away (paid, reservation) - You will find a welcome book with helpful instructions for your stay.
