Enjoy some friendly competition in the cozy games room, featuring a pool table. A modern kitchen and an attached chic dining area, makes an ideal spot for both intimate dinners, because a family that eats together, stays together! A beautifully appointed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offers a tranquil retreat. Upstairs, discover two additional bedrooms, each with its own stylish ensuite bathroom, providing ultimate privacy and convenience. A charming seating area on this floor offers a serene spot to unwind. Outside, the villa boasts a private pool, and a cozy outdoor seating creating a picturesque setting for relaxation and family time. Guest access The entire property is exclusively reserved for you, with the exception of the kitchen, where our caretaker is available to assist if needed. Feel free to reach out for any help during your stay. Other things to note 🍽️ Meals We allow outside food, and cleaning charges of INR 1000 post 8pm is applicable. We provide complimentary breakfast. The chef is charged at INR 4000 + GST + Groceries at actuals per meal. All meals and groceries charges are to be paid in advance. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room Please note that construction work is currently ongoing near Magnolias Villa, which may result in occasional noise or disturbances during your stay.
