The space Our unit's floor area is 35 sqm, spacious enough for 2-3 individuals. • Bedroom: Queen-size bed, tri-color light, closet, clothes hanger, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vanity desk, work desk, balcony, coat hanger • Bathroom: Hot or cold shower, lavatory, bidet, toilet, body wash, shampoo, handwash, dental kit, tissue, bath towels • Dining & kitchen: 2-seater table with extra stool, complete dining & kitchen utensils, cooking ware, rice cooker, electric kettle, rangehood, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave oven, Brita filter pitcher • Living room: 2-seater sofa bed, 50" Smart TV (with Netflix), wall clock, side table Electrical outlets are of universal type which is ideal for foreigners. Guest access The entire space is exclusive to the guests. Condo recreational facilities such as the swimming pool are not exclusive. Do not open closets and drawers that have labels "OFF LIMITS". Other things to note Do not leave trash bags outside the main door of the apartment unit because you will be penalized if you do so as imposed by the condo admin. Follow proper disposal according to the house rules. Let's be considerate of our neighbors. :) CONDO RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES - Open between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on weekdays only excluding holidays (pool is closed on Mondays). It's on the 2nd floor. There's a fee of Php 200 per person per use per facility. Pay the fee and get access at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekdays and at 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturdays. If you need parking, there's a pay parking 5 mins away from the building. Here's the pricing as of August 1, 2024. Prices may change.
