Located in Bonnac-la-Côte, beautiful independent bedroom in a quiet and green environment, with independent entrance, private bathroom and private toilet. Free access to the terrace. Free Wi-Fi and private parking. Towels & Bedlinen are included 12 km (10 min) from the Zenith of Limoges Métropole and ESTER Technopôle, 16 km from the center of Limoges. The owners live on site in a separate part of the house. The space 13 m2 bedroom with large closet, double bed, flat-screen TV (Canal +). Coffee maker and kettle available (coffee and tea are provided). Large PRIVATE bathroom with double sink. PRIVATE TOILETS. Guest access Independent access to the bedroom (we have another entrance) giving access to the private area. During your stay We have 2 cats, very discreet and shy with our guests, we take special care of the cleaning, vacuuming and dusting always done as a precaution at the last minute. Despite this, we do not recommend our accommodation to people allergic to cat hair, as a hair may unfortunately pass through our radars! Other things to note Our cats wish to reign as undisputed masters of their domain, we are not able to accept other animals, whatever their nature (cats, dogs, goldfish, parrots or reptiles of any kind...)! Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome you if you bring your little companion... Please note that there is no access to the kitchen, and that any "cooking" in the room is strictly prohibited. No parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, the place is not suitable.
