Apartment with living room combined with kitchen, balcony, bedroom and bathroom. Holds up to 5 people (infants also count). WiFi, gas, parking and cleaning included. We make it clear that we do not have our own leisure area, but we have an agreement with the Nautical Club, paying a small fee of 10.00 per person per day. We do not provide bed and bath linens. The condominium charges a fee per stay of R$ 40.00 that must be paid upon check-in directly to the condominium. Other things to note It has no elevators, there are two flights of stairs.
