Beautiful duplex in the resort center - Le Sauze

In the heart of the Ubaye Valley and just 5 minutes from Barcelonnette, welcome to the family-friendly resort of Le Sauze. The residence is located right in the center, 50 meters from the ski slopes (just across the street) and close to all shops and activities (swimming pool and cinema). You can easily walk everywhere if you wish! On the 3rd and top floor, facing south with views of the ski slopes and the Chapeau de Gendarme peak, step into our comfortable duplex. The space In the entrance hall, you'll find two bunk beds with storage drawers, a bathroom with a toilet, and a wardrobe with shoe storage. You have a large living area with: - a very comfortable sofa bed - a television with digital terrestrial channels - a dining table - a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob, microwave/grill oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, and raclette grill). This area opens onto a south-facing balcony. On the mezzanine level, you'll find a large 12m² bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (individual electric bases), a wardrobe, and storage furniture. A high chair and a bed rail are available. On the ground floor, you'll find a large ski locker. Guest access Shared parking for residents in front of the building (approximately ten unassigned spaces). Shuttle stop 50m away with connections to Super-Sauze, Barcelonnette, and the entire valley. The resort is located just 3 hours from Marseille. A charging station is available 100m away. Other things to note - Linens are available as an option directly from the concierge. - To warm up for skiing or stretch after hiking, there is no elevator in the residence 😉 - To fully disconnect and enjoy the mountains and all the valley's activities, there is no Wi-Fi in the studio (but there is at the tourist office on the square).
