A getaway to relax in after an eventful day. 🛌 The two bedrooms each have a comfortable queen size bed (160 × 200 cm) with high quality linens made of 100% cotton and offer both an area for the wardrobe and a cozy corner to work or relax. 🛋️ The living area has a cozy sofa that can be used as a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) for the 5th and 6th guest and offers restful sleep. A dining area for 6 people as well as a 55 "smart TV with streaming options complete the equipment. 🛁 The bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Of course, we provide fresh towels as well as all important things such as shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The toilet is spatially separated from the bathroom and thus allows simultaneous use by several people. 🍽️ The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, open and a coffee maker – ideal for cooking. Enjoy the morning with a choice of Tchibo coffee and tea. 🅿️ The property offers a free parking spot in the nearby underground car park. Self check-in is flexible and uncomplicated via a key box with code. 🏙️ Surroundings: The home is located in the middle of lively downtown Buer. Located on the upper floors, it offers a direct view of the Urbanuspark and thus a relaxing view of the countryside. In addition, guests enjoy the view of the cathedral, on whose forecourt the popular after-work market takes place every Thursday. On the ground floor of the house, a traditional restaurant invites you to linger – typical of Gelsenkirchen and the Ruhrpott with its warm atmosphere. ☕️ Numerous restaurants, cafes and shops, are in walking distance. Guest access The entire apartment on the 3rd floor is at your disposal. floor is available to you – make yourself at home! In combination with the accommodation Domblick 1 in the same house, it is possible to accommodate up to 12 guests at the same time, depending on availability. Other things to note 🧺 A laundry is right outside the door. 🔊 On occasional weekend days, especially when playing at home FC Schalke 04, it can become more lively due to the central downtown location both in the surrounding area and in the restaurant on the ground floor. For guests who do not arrive because of a stadium visit, we recommend to inform themselves in advance about possible game dates or to coordinate with us. The normal operation of the restaurant is quiet and inconspicuous on many weekends, but overnight stays on selected fixed days of the year may be limited due to the background noise. From Sunday to Thursday the restaurant is closed. 🚉 Connection: Public transport such as bus and S-Bahn are only 5 minutes away. Gelsenkirchen Central Station can be reached in 25 minutes, Düsseldorf Airport in 40 minutes by car.
