Dreaming of a mountain escape? The Bavarian Chalet offers luxury and adventure in a stunning alpine setting. Crafted from local New Zealand timber, this European-style hideaway is perfect for creating lasting memories. In summer, enjoy alfresco dining on the spacious patio and relax in the hot tub under the stars. In winter, cozy up by the open fire, toasting marshmallows and sharing stories. Whether it’s summer or winter, this unique chalet promises an unforgettable retreat. The space There are 3 bedrooms; 2 queen rooms downstairs and a bunk room upstairs which has 2 bunks, each with a double on the bottom and a child rated single up top. We recommend a max of 6 adults (2 couples downstairs and 2 others in the bunk room, OR 2 couples downstairs and 4 children in the bunk room. We have a high end large kitchen and a dining table that easily seats 8, plus breakfast bar seating for 2. The lounge has a large open fireplace with a TV above it, large sofa and an occasional chair. The upstairs lounge has another large sofa which can convert to a sofa bed, plus a second TV. There is a large covered balcony upstairs and a wrap around deck downstairs. The outside firepit and spa pool are accessed from the lounge. Off street parking for 3 vehicles is at the front of the property, plus you can park on the road outside. Access is via a digital lock. You'll be sent a code a couple of days before you arrive. Guest access You will have the whole Chalet to yourselves. Other things to note We'll send you tips by text or message before you arrive. 4 people MAX in the spa at one time, cover when not in use. All linen and towels are provided.
