The space # Feda Waterfront Apartment Welcome to Feda Waterfront – a unique waterfront apartment in the charming village of Feda, where modern comfort meets direct access to the river, fjord and beautiful Southern Norway nature. The apartment is located just a few metres from the water and combines warm natural materials, modern design and large windows that bring in plenty of daylight. During summer, you can swim directly from the terrace, take a kayak or SUP out on the water, go fishing or explore the fjord by boat. Kayaks, SUP boards and fishing equipment are available for our guests. We also offer motorboat rental, with options suitable both for younger guests and adults. The waters just outside Feda Waterfront offer excellent opportunities for fishing, making it easy to head out for a short evening trip or spend a full day exploring the fjord. Nearby, you will find Feda Waterpark, beautiful hiking trails, squash, golf and several excellent options for day trips. Feda is a great base whether you prefer quiet days by the water or want to explore Southern Norway. ## The River – Right Outside Your Door The Feda River is a major part of the experience. From the terrace, you have direct access to the water. On warm summer days, you can start the morning with a swim, cool off during the day or enjoy an evening dip before dinner. The river is also ideal for peaceful kayak and SUP trips, especially in the morning or evening when the water is often calm. For the more adventurous, winter also offers the opportunity for a refreshing cold-water swim in peaceful surroundings. ## Private Waterfront Terrace During the summer season, the private covered terrace is one of the highlights of Feda Waterfront. Here, you sit right at the water’s edge with views across the river, passing boats and the historic village of Feda. The terrace is furnished with comfortable seating and includes a patio heater, barbecue and practical outdoor kitchen with sink and preparation space. Because the terrace is covered, it can also be enjoyed when the weather changes. It is the perfect place for long breakfasts, relaxed barbecue dinners, fresh seafood or quiet evenings by the water. In summer, you can step directly from the terrace into the river. Please note that the terrace may be unavailable during winter or periods of high water levels or flooding. ## The Apartment The apartment is spread across two floors and has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, you enter into a spacious entrance area with a separate TV corner, sofa and Nintendo Switch available for guests. This floor also includes a laundry room and two practical bedrooms, each with a bunk bed. From here, you also have direct access to the private waterfront terrace. On the upper floor, you will find the main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. One of the apartment’s most distinctive features is the large window overlooking the river, offering beautiful views across the water and towards the historic houses on the opposite side. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with generous workspace, induction cooktop, integrated appliances and a coffee station – ideal whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or cooking dinner for the family. The living area offers comfortable seating, Smart TV and a fireplace, making it a welcoming place to relax after a day outdoors. Large windows and skylights create a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the upper floor. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses, while the modern bathroom includes a shower and everything needed for a comfortable stay. During the Christmas season, we also decorate the apartment to create an extra warm and festive atmosphere.
