Guest access 🚗 🔸 There is a parking lot on the 1st floor of the accommodation that can accommodate 6 cars. 🔸 Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and one car can be parked. 🔸If you need to park more than one car, please use the public parking lot right in front of the accommodation. (10,000 KRW per day) ☆ It is free from 20: 00 to 7: 00 the next day. ☆ Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are free. ☆ There is plenty of parking space across the street. Other things to note 🔸 No pets allowed. 🔸 No smoking throughout the building. If traces of smoking are found, a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged. 🔸 If the check-out time is past 11 o'clock, you will be charged 10,000 KRW per hour. 🔸 Please keep the check-out time for the next guest. 🔸 Visitors are included in the number of guests. If you see additional people other than the reservation through CCTV in front of the front door, you will be charged 20,000 KRW per person. 🔸 Loss, theft, damage, or severe contamination of items in the accommodation will be charged for the purchase or recovery of separate items. 🔸 Food with strong odor such as pork belly, seafood soup, and hot pot cannot be cooked in the accommodation. 🔸 It is located in a residential area.
