Cozy villa in Flayosc, 20 min walk to the village, 30 min to the coast and 35 min to the Gorges du Verdon. The pool is heated on request, petanque court, 2 covered terraces, gas barbecue, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped for people with reduced mobility. There are plenty of ideas for excursions within 30 minutes' drive of the property (Sillans la Cascade, Tourtour, the caves of Villecroze, Lake Sainte Croix and the Verdon...) The space The house is at the end of a quiet street. It has 4 bedrooms, one on the lowest level with separate toilet and shower room with a double bed 180 cm * 200 cm. The other 3 bedrooms (beds 180 cm*200 cm, 160 cm*200 cm and 2x90 cm*200 cm) are upstairs with bathroom (bathtub and shower) and separate toilet. Bed and bath linens are provided, the beds will be made upon your arrival, this is included in the cleaning package. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will also find a gas barbecue at your disposal. No need to bring your petanque balls, we have them on site. The house is suitable for disabled guests with access via the garage and a stair lift for the upper floor. The lively village of Flayosc is a 20-minute walk away, where you'll find plenty of dining options in the food guides.
