My husband and I live in our home within the same serene premises, overlooking the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains. In addition to our home, we manage our another apartment here that we’re delighted to offer as your vacation retreat. We are a private host, and while our suite shares the same address as TUI BLUE The Haven Resort, Ipoh, it is not managed by the hotel. Location & Check-In Guide The resort comprises three towers, and our suite is located in the third (last) tower, Tower Cycas—from which our suite name is derived. Please note that the hotel lobby and reception are located in Tower Banyan. Do not check in at the hotel reception. Instead, your self-check-in is made easy with an access card and key placed in the mailbox at Tower Cycas. If you need recommendations or local tips for exploring Ipoh or Cameron Highlands, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help but also fully respect your privacy during your stay. --- About Suite Cycas Spacious 3-Bedroom Suite – 154 m², ideal for 2 to 8 guests, including children Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom : 1 queen size bed & 1 super single size bed. Sleep 3 complete with ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom : 1 king size bed. Sleep 2. Bathroom is located outside the room. 3rd bedroom : 1 super single size bed with ensuite bathroom. Up to 2 portable single mattresses (available upon request in advance, similarly for baby cot & baby chair) Free car park : 2 indoor car park lots available. Plenty of outdoor parking in front of Tower Cycas. EV charging station : 6 AC charges ( 22 kw ) available using ChargeSini Apps. Guest access Guest Access & Facilities During your stay at Suite Cycas, you will have access to the following facilities within the resort: 1. Swimming Pool & Jogging Track – Located on the Ground Floor Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM 2. Spa – Located on the 1st Floor of the Resort Clubhouse Operating Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (advance booking is required) 3. Dining Options – Enjoy a variety of cuisines at the poolside bar and restaurant Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 PM 4. Parking – Complimentary parking is available in the covered car park with a designated parking lot for your convenience 5. EV Charging Stations – 6 EV chargers available on-site (charged per kW usage) 6. Bicycle Rental – 2 foldable bicycles available for rent at RM10 per hour per bicycle (Please refer to the listing for bicycle specifications) These facilities are designed to enhance your stay with both relaxation and convenience in mind. Other things to note **Important Guest Information & House Rules** To ensure a pleasant and secure stay for all residents and guests at The Haven, we kindly ask that you take note of the following important guidelines: **House Rules** Strictly no parties or events Strictly no pets allowed Strictly no smoking in the suite; smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area on the ground floor Gym/Fitness Centre access is exclusively for TUI BLUE The Haven hotel guests and not available to guests of our privately managed suite Swimming pool towels provided by pool attendants are for hotel guests only. Please use the towels provided in our suite if you plan to use the pool --- **Guest Registration & Security Protocol** In accordance with the security policies of The Haven Ipoh Suites Management, we including the hotel Management are required to collect the following information for all arriving guests: 1. A clear screenshot/photo of the front page of each guest’s Passport, IC, or Driving License 2. Vehicle registration number(s) for all cars entering the premises This is a mandatory requirement to ensure the safety of the premises and its residents by verifying the identity of all incoming guests and preventing unauthorized access. All documents must be submitted to us at least four (4) days prior to your arrival.
