A cot and high chair are also available on request at no extra charge. To make your stay easier, - bed linen and towels are included, but please remember to bring your own towels, - the kitchen is fully equipped - a washing machine is available - the property's parking lot can easily accommodate 2 vehicles. - A compulsory “intermediate cleaning” package is invoiced at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, garbage cans removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, sms or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also offer our tenants who don't want to think about cleaning before their departure, a “full cleaning” package which will be invoiced at 30€/hour. Please refer to the description in the advert for the price of full cleaning, or contact us directly. For this apartment, the cleaning fee is an additional 100€. Other things to note For technical reasons, the swimming pool is open from June to September, as the temperature of the water allows us to guarantee a correct state of health
