Description
Spend some time away from the public eye, alone with nature in this 120-year-old historical stone house, which we have restored as a family of architects, adhering to its original texture. In the morning you can walk in the village, among the olive trees, and in the evening you can spend a quiet time under the stars on your patio by the pool. Or if you want, you can reach Milas in 15 minutes and see the historical Hungarian houses. You can shop at the local market or have a pleasant meal in the historical arasta. The space The section you will stay in is the upper floor of a two-story house with a private garden and a pool. The lower floor is not included in the accommodation. The entrance, bathroom and kitchen of this floor are private, and no one will be staying on the lower floor while you are staying. The garden, the downstairs patio, the pool will only be used by our guests staying upstairs, that is, you. The beds in the two rooms with two single beds each on the upper floor where you will stay can be combined to make a double bed. This floor also has its own separate bathroom and kitchen. You can enjoy the view of nature from the wooden balcony of the upper floor. The lower floor overlooks the patio, garden and private pool. As a separate indoor space by the pool, a working and resting area with completely glass facades overlooking the garden has been designed. This area is currently not available for guests to use. There is a toilet and laundry room with a separate entrance in the garden, but this room is accessible to our guests who stay more than 7 days. Since it is designed as a "Bali Pool", you can use the outdoor shower next to the pool, which is 3 m x 5 m in size and 1 m deep, to cool off at any time. There is private parking for 1 vehicle. Guest access Our house is in Aslanyaka village and; 1 km to Milas-Ören highway, 24 km to Milas Airport, 7 km to Milas city center, 5 km to Beçin Ancient City, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, 30 km to Güllük coast, 34 km to Ören coast, 42 km to the Bosphorus coast, 56 km to Bodrum's center. Other things to note Despite being close to Turkey's most popular tourist attractions and resorts, the area surrounding Mount Latmos (now Beşparmak) has been kept relatively hidden. Its rocky landscape is dotted with traditional villages where residents still harvest honey, pine nuts and olives, some in colorful traditional attire. The region is also intertwined with ancient history, from 8,000-year-old murals and Hellenistic ruins to monasteries and frescoes left by the Byzantines. There are a variety of options to enjoy numerous historical and cultural tours, nearby beaches, lakeside walks and bike tours. Registration Details 48-9199
