Cozy basement apartment with private terrace in Kempfenhausen close to lake Starnberg. The apartment is ideal for solo travelers, couples, and small families. The lake is a three-minute walk away and there are numerous excursion destinations and beautiful cycling and hiking trails nearby. Starnberg can be reached by car or bus in about 5 minutes, and Munich city center is 30 minutes by car and about 50 minutes by public transport away. The space The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has its own entrance. It is a single room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, basic kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, small fridge, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster…); dining room with dining table and chairs; double bed and an additional small pull-out bed; and bathroom with shower (dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels…). The room can be completely darkened using the roller shutters. Other things to note The apartment is close to Munich (30 minutes by car from the city center and 50 by public transport). A bus stop is a minute's walk away. With lines 961 or 975 you can reach Starnberg or Starnberg Nord train station in a few minutes. There is a private parking space on the property.
