A luxurious retreat in Ito-city, Shizuoka. This 2 bedroom house is not too far from the onsen city, Atami. We provide all the necessary comfort, relaxation and entertainment for a quick escapade from the busy day to day lives. Guests have a full access to the entire house, including the swimming pool, BBQ and sauna. This house can accommodate up to 8 guests. The space This villa opened in September, 2024 and is located about 1 hour drive from Atami station, 5 mins drive from Izukogen station or 22 mins walk from Izukogen station. We provide free parking space. Guests can park up to 3 cars. 1st floor of the house is where everyone gathers to relax and also to have some chatter. There's a spacious kitchen, large bathroom, sauna, a pool where you can enjoy BBQ and some cocktails. Upper floor is where the bedrooms are. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each. We also have 2 extra futon mattresses. Do you wish to experience some "luxurious" quiet time? We have a record player and a fireplace where your tastes meet. You may also bring your own record collection or simply pick one or two from the shelf. If you enjoy cooking, then all you've gotta bring is some food and condiments. We have all sorts of cookwares and appliances to complete the recipe. 1ST FLOOR (indoor) - Living room with projector - Sofa - Relaxing space with fireplace - Bathroom with bath tub and shower - Washing machine with dryer function - Full sized kitchen - Dining area with 2 high chairs for children - Toilet with bidet 1ST FLOOR (outdoor) - All-season Pool ( BBQ must be held at the poolside) - Sauna *Note BBQ grill rental is 8000JPY Guest access Smoking area (ashtray is provided by the entrance) Guests are free to use and access anywhere in the house including the pool, sauna and parking space. Up to 3 cars can be parked outside the entrance. Other things to note - We do not change towels or clean the house during your stay. Please wash and dry to reuse the towels or beddings if necessary. - Guests can enjoy online streaming services using the projector. Please use your own account to log in to watch. - We strongly recommend coming by car or taxi as it will take at least 15-20 mins walk from the nearest bus stop or train station. There will be a lot of slopes/hills as well. - Due to the nature of the location, there may be bugs around summer time. Please bring your own bug repellant if needed. - We do not allow BBQ inside the house. Enjoy BBQ at the poolside. You do not have to clean the BBQ grill but a quick clean up would be highly appreciated. -We rent out BBQ grill for additional 8000JPY. - There will be an additional fee of 20,000JPY if you brought a different BBQ grill or other heavy equipment to our accommodation. - Take off your shoes before entering the house and in the sauna or bathroom. Slippers are provided at the poolside. - Guests with heavy luggage are advised to be extra careful when brining it up to the 2nd floor. Make sure to have someone to assist you. - If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you. - Towels, bathrobes, sauna hats, aroma oils are not free amenities. Do not take it home. - In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 3000 yen will be incurred for every 1 hour. - Smoking is permitted where the ashtray is located by the entrance. Do not smoke inside the sauna, bathroom, poolside or in the balcony. You will be fined 30,000JPY when violated. We reserve the rights to charge additional fees in case of the following events: ・Late checkout without notice and completion of payment beforehand（Fine 2750JPY / 15min） ・Disposal or other signs of cigarettes in and around the building (55,000 JPY) ・Noise nuisance that can cause trouble with the neighbors (especially during midnight and early morning) (Fine 33,000 JPY) ・Disposal of garbage in inappropriate way (if you wish to take out the trash, please contact us beforehand) (Fine 33,000 JPY) ・Staying with more people than the original number of guests booked for (20,000 JPY × number of people) ・Damages to the property or loss of items Registration details Hotels and Inns Business Act | 静岡県 熱海保健所 | 熱保衛第361号の70
